Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure they are time-boxed and productive
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
- Remove impediments to help the team reach their sprint goals
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and principles
- Assist in internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master on software development teams
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
