Key Performance Areas:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Creditors, Debtors, Credit Applications, Cash-Up Reports, and Debtors Receipts (dual functionality with Head Office)
- Assistance with procurement, stock control, and inventory administrative functions as and when required by the Divisional Supply Chain Department at Head Office.
- Fixed assets control at branch level
- Month-end and year-end financial procedures
- Control, administration and reporting of company motor vehicles
- HR administration and liaison with Head Office
- Internal and external audit support
- Control of manual delivery note books and all preprinted stationery
- Ad hoc administrative and finance-related projects as required by management
Minimum of 7 years financial experience in a similar role
Very strong ERP system knowledge (Pastel Evolution advantageous)
Extensive MS Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills
Qualifications
BCom Accounting qualification or a similar relevant qualification
