Key Performance Areas:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Creditors, Debtors, Credit Applications, Cash-Up Reports, and Debtors Receipts (dual functionality with Head Office)
  • Assistance with procurement, stock control, and inventory administrative functions as and when required by the Divisional Supply Chain Department at Head Office.
  • Fixed assets control at branch level
  • Month-end and year-end financial procedures
  • Control, administration and reporting of company motor vehicles
  • HR administration and liaison with Head Office
  • Internal and external audit support
  • Control of manual delivery note books and all preprinted stationery
  • Ad hoc administrative and finance-related projects as required by management
Minimum Requirements
 Minimum of 7 years financial experience in a similar role
 Very strong ERP system knowledge (Pastel Evolution advantageous)
 Extensive MS Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills
Qualifications

 BCom Accounting qualification or a similar relevant qualification
