Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts, working with agents and internal teams to estimate expected sales volumes and revenue.
Co-ordinate multiple stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
Developing and managing direct customer relationships in Latin America, supporting sales growth and responding to customer enquiries.
Compiling and analyzing monthly sales and gross profit reports, providing insights on sales performance across regions and customers.
Liaising with the Group of companies regarding sales generated by their agents in Europe, Asia, and the United States, ensuring accurate communication of orders, pricing, and customer requirements.
Co-ordinating with agents in Southeast Asia and India to support ongoing sales activities and customer engagement.
Preparing and distributing sales quotations for agents and customers in accordance with company pricing and commercial guidelines.
Qualification & Skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of commodity trading environments
Must have strong communication and relationship management skills across international markets
Must have 5 - 7 years experience
Must have experience working with international clients
