Key Responsibilities
â Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse and Midwife
â Diploma or Degree in Nursing Education
â Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience
â Minimum 2 years Private Hospital experience
â ICU experience advantageous
â Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
â Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Facilitate training, orientation and induction of temporary nursing staff
- Support and guide agency nurses working in private hospital environments
- Conduct hospital visits and engage with Unit Managers to identify training and support needs
- Monitor clinical standards, conduct and professional performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to staff training and compliance
- Attend relevant clinical meetings and engage at the clinical interface
- Assist with maintaining the nursing staff database and compliance records
- Promote ongoing professional development and best clinical practice
