IT/SAP Technical Support Analysis

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Supporting ERP, business applications, systems, interfaces or data environments
• Strong business analysis and investigative skills
• Working with and analysing large datasets
• Advanced SQL querying and data analysis
• Troubleshooting technical and business system issues
• Performing root cause analysis and identifying sustainable solutions
• Investigating system, application, integration or data-related problems
• Working with business users to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement

Technical & Analytical Profile

The successful candidate should be technically curious and comfortable working across systems and data. They should be able to investigate an issue, understand the underlying data or system behaviour, identify the root cause and work towards an effective resolution.

SAP experience is advantageous but not essential, particularly given the planned support from external SAP consultants. Candidates with strong ERP, application support, SQL, data analysis or business systems experience should therefore be considered.
