Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Search)

What You'll Be Doing: Taking full ownership of paid search accounts, from setup to ongoing optimisation
Improving campaign efficiency through continuous testing, optimisation, and refinementInterpreting performance data to uncover insights, trends, and growth opportunities
Presenting performance results and strategic recommendations clearly to clients
Writing highâimpact ad messaging aligned to performance goals
Managing and forecasting budgets with ROI as the primary success metric
Using analytics and firstâparty data to guide smarter decisionâmaking
Balancing multiple accounts and priorities in a deadlineâdriven environment
What We're Looking For: At least 2+ years experience managing Google Ads accounts independently
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Ads Editor, and Business ProfilesGoogle Ads certification (required)
Confident handling budgets, performance analysis, and optimisation strategies
Comfortable working with CRM data and understanding conversion pipelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills when engaging with clients
Naturally analytical, detailâoriented, and solutionsâfocused
Able to stay calm, structured, and effective under pressure
Experience with Microsoft Ads is advantageous, but not essential
