Minimum Requirements
- Must hold BSc / BTech Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- A certified professional with PMP (Project Management Professional) or PrCPM (Professional Construction Project Manager).
- Minimus of 18 years of relevant experience in construction and project execution, gained within the EPCM environment.
- Previous project experience in leading the project from detailed engineering and specialized equipment procurement of (SMP+E), installation, commissioning, and final plant handover.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and specialized project controls and document management.
- Strong construction leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Extensive EPCM project execution experience.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Lead and manage construction activities across major EPCM projects.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams and other project stakeholders.
- Drive construction planning, scheduling, resource allocation and project execution.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, quality standards and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Identify construction risks, resolve site challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, project controls and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage construction interfaces and maintain effective communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
