Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil
- Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Science or a related discipline.
- 810+ years relevant construction/project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering significant construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from design and planning through to construction and final handover.
- Proven experience managing main contractors, subcontractors and professional teams.
- Strong project programme, budget, cost-control and commercial management experience.
- Experience within commercial, industrial, warehouse, logistics or operational facilities will be highly advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of construction health and safety requirements and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, claims and contractor performance.
- Experience working within an operational/live industrial or warehouse environment.
- Excellent planning, reporting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional registration or relevant industry accreditation will be advantageous.
