Restaurant Manager

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Restaurant Managers to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, has excellent leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
