Finance Manager - Cape Town

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Monitor and update debt amortization schedules, cash flow forecasts, and perform budget vs. actual variance analyses as required
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, revenue collections, supplier invoices, and account reconciliations
Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations, including banking relationships, FX risk, and account administration
Record, reconcile, and manage intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with group guidelines
Coordinate and secure approvals from regulatory bodies, including the Central Bank, to support ongoing operations
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in line with group policies and operational plans
Lead the design and maintenance of internal financial reporting structures in accordance with IFRS and group standards
Ensure accurate and timely SSA region IFRS reporting to Group
Support statutory audit processes, including planning, coordination, and review of deliverables
Ensure full tax compliance, including timely submission and payment of all direct, indirect (VAT), and payroll taxes
Oversee the full accounting function, ERP system, and adherence to established financial procedures and internal controls
Maintain strong internal controls across all business processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

Skills & Experience: 5 years of commercial experience
Proven experience leading a team
Qualification: Registered CA(SA)
