What the Role Is About
As Group Financial Manager, you'll oversee financial leadership across multiple international entities. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, guide your team, and ensure financial integrity as the company scales globally.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term cash flow planning
- Overseeing monthly reporting, management accounts, and insightful variance analysis
- Managing audits, tax compliance (SA & UK), VAT, and transfer pricing
- Driving internal control improvements, systems optimisation, and financial process innovation
- Supporting strategic projects like M&A, international expansion, and ERP upgrades
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team
- A qualified CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent with 5+ years in a senior finance role
- Strong experience in multi-entity or group finance environments
- Knowledge of UK and/or South African tax and reporting standards
- Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills
- A collaborative leader with sharp analytical thinking and excellent communication
- Travel/tourism sector experience is a plus
