The Role: Junior Sales Trainee (2-3 Year Development Program)
This is a 2-to-3-year rotation program designed to mentor a junior individual into a future Sales Manager or Business Owner. The role exists to build expert product knowledge through hands-on experience in different business units. The main focus is moving through 3-month rotations to understand the full lifecycle of the product range.
Key Responsibilities- Commit to a 2-to-3-year development horizon in this junior entry-level role.
- Complete all technical training modules at various supplier facilities.
- Rotate through the Gauteng warehouse to learn stock and logistics.
- Train at the specialist valve facility to gain technical product expertise.
- Learn manufacturing and technical specifications at the precast concrete factory.
- Assist with office-based sales and internal support functions between rotations.
- Develop 360-degree knowledge of the entire product range.
- Willingness to relocate or travel for 3-month stints during training phases.
