Senior Assembler

Purpose of the Role:

To assemble components and products efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met and supporting team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components according to specifications and drawings
• Ensure final product quality and accuracy
• Support and guide junior assemblers where required
• Identify and report defects or issues
• Maintain tools and ensure a clean working environment

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in assembly within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read basic drawings or instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Advantageous:

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
