What youll be doing
Youll be responsible for creating and refining content that informs, educates, and builds trust with clients. This includes blogs, articles, newsletters, client emails, social media content, video scripts, and presentations.A big part of your role will be simplifying complex financial, tax, and exchange control concepts into plain, easy-to-understand language. Youll also ensure that all content aligns with brand tone, compliance requirements, and remains accurate and up to date.
Youll engage with audiences on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, respond to comments and messages, and help manage online communities professionally. Where needed, youll escalate sensitive or technical queries to the right internal teams.
Youll work closely with marketing, advisory, and operations teams to support campaigns, launches, and client communication. Youll also track content performance and refine messaging based on what works.

- Around 35 years experience in copywriting or content creation (financial services experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- The ability to simplify technical or regulatory information
- Confidence managing social media engagement and online communities
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- A collaborative approach and openness to feedback
