Our client in the textile and homeware retail sector is seeking a commercially driven CA(SA) to join their finance team in a strategic role supporting business growth, investments, and property portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive investment strategy and financial modelling
- Manage and optimise the property portfolio
- Oversee lease negotiations and commercial agreements
- Provide strategic financial support to Directors
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and funding structures
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports
- Oversee the accounting function and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification
- Up to 2 years' post-articles experience
- Experience in investments, asset management, or property portfolio management advantageous
- Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills
- Knowledge of property finance and lease structures advantageous
- Commercial acumen with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
