• Full financial management, reporting and compliance
• Driving operational finance in a production and stock-intensive environment
• Ensuring strong controls, governance and financial discipline
• High-level stock oversight: tracking, analysis, shrinkage management & reconciliation
• Partnering closely with operations for costing, budgeting and efficiencies
• Leading the finance team with confidence and authority
• Producing accurate, timeous financial insights to support executive decisions

• Strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or production environments
• Exceptional stock management ability
• Confident, hardcore personality capable of handling pressure
• Operationally strong with a hands-on finance approach

• BCom degree (Articles highly beneficial)

• 3+ years experience as a Financial Manager

• Strong personality assertive, confident, firm
