Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and presenting financial reports and management accounts.
- Developing efficient accounting practices and strategies.
- Overseeing budgeting processes.
- Implementing new accounting procedures where needed.
- Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting policies.
- Supervising accounting team members.
- Managing cash flow and preparing forecasts.
- Conducting financial analysis.
- Handling VAT submissions and e-filing.
- Managing stock control.
- Coordinating and overseeing stock takes.
Requirements:
- Bcom: Accounting
- 1015 years of experience in a Financial Manager position or a similar senior finance role.
