Director of Revenue & Reservations

The Director of Revenue & Reservations will lead and oversee the companys reservations, revenue management, and DMC booking operations across all lodges, camps, and safari experiences.

This role carries responsibility for driving commercial performance, ensuring reservation efficiency, optimizing systems and processes, coordinating operational delivery, and managing the end-to-end guest booking journey from initial enquiry through to travel completion.

The successful candidate must be technically strong, commercially astute, and bring proven senior management experience within a luxury 5-star hospitality environment.

Reporting directly to EXCO, this position requires a hands-on leader who can align revenue strategy, operational execution, and exceptional guest service standards across the business.

The role oversees and supports multi-location teams based in Cape Town and Africa and requires a candidate who is able and willing to travel extensively within Africa as required.

We are looking for:

• SA Citizens
• Hospitality Management Diploma or similar discipline
• Min 10yrs experience within a 5* hotel environment or high-end travel operations
• Min 5yrs management experience
• Strong experience in reservations, revenue/yield management
• Proficient in PMS systems
• Commercially and financially astute
