Junior Draughtsman

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Draughting/Engineering Draughting.
• 13 years' experience in draughting or technical drawing.
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D technical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and instructions.
• Produce detailed manufacturing drawings including dimensions and tolerances.
• Assist with design revisions and updates to existing drawings.
• Maintain proper drawing control and version management.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and engineering requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and production teams.
