Financial Accountant
A well-established organisation is seeking to appoint a Financial Accountant / Clerk to support the finance function based in Centurion. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where accuracy and strong process management are key.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a BCom-qualified professional with 3+ years experience who thrives in a hands-on role and has strong exposure to transactional finance. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting daily finance operations.
The appointed individual will work closely with the finance team to ensure efficient processing of financial transactions, maintain strong controls, and support overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotes and invoicing on Pastel
- Payment allocations
- Creditors management and reconciliations
- Assist with daily and monthly finance processes
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support the finance team with ad hoc duties
Job Experience & Qualifications:
- BCom degree (minimum requirement)
- 3+ years relevant finance experience
- Experience working on Pastel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
