Requirements

Technical Experience: Previous compressor experience will be advantageous
3 Years of proven field sales experience in a technical, engineering, mining, or heavy machinery environment.
Must be a well-spoken, presentable, and confident communicator.
Strong cold-calling, technical quoting, contract negotiation, lead generation, and account management skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing an independent travel schedule.
Valid drivers license (essential for field travel) and strong professional communication skills.

Consultative Selling:
Analyze client needs, configure technical product solutions, and present winning commercial proposals.
Exceed Targets:

Build long-term loyalty with engineering, mining, and industrial accounts through exceptional service.
