Customer Service Representative/Delivery Lead (Packaging/FMCG)

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have Matric, coupled with 5 plus years experience in providing support to customers and the production teams within FMCG, Packaging, Labelling or related sectors
• You will have experience in providing support to a proactive and high energy sales team with regards to new products/projects, liaise efficiently with estimators to ensure correct pricing is provided and captured on the system and invoiced correctly, as well as ensuring any amendments are communicated to production and procurement.
• You will have experience in issuing production planning schedules daily and work closely with the planners to ensure schedules are actioned and amended correctly where necessary, as well as effectively communicate changes where necessary.
• You will have a keen eye for detail, as well as expert problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to travel to clients and professionally engage on behalf of the company is essential
• You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
