- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
- Motor dealership industry experience is essential
- Previous experience as a Bookings Clerk within a dealership environment preferred
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans); additional South African language advantageous
- Experience using dealership management systems or booking software
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to schedule and coordinate workshop capacity efficiently
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing and maintenance (mechanical knowledge advantageous)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
