Junior Warehouse Clerk

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Able to pass drug test/background check
• No physical disabilities, able to lift up to 25 kg or more
• Be organized, motivated and have basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently as and when required
• High attention to detail and monitors quality/quantity of stock
• Accepting incoming orders
• Organizing incoming stock
• Putting the appropriate labels on each item received correctly
• Ensuring orders are received in a timely manner
• Identifying shortages/missing or damaged stock and report to supervisors
• Doing basic measurements to ensure stock to be received is dimensionally correct
• Recording serial numbers for stock requiring serialization
• Being able to scan QR codes/bar codes when either receiving stock or putting stock into the correct locations
