Key Performance Areas
Partner with Asset Care Team to ensure all machine and plant maintenance is done effectively
Working with the Production team to ensure reliable machine, and plant performance
Identification and achievement of measurable technical and process developments and improvements
Lead and Coordinate Production projects, including CAPEX and other ad hoc requirements
Ensuring engineering excellence in the Plant
Engineering Degree (BSc/BEng Mechanical/Electrical, Industrial or Mechatronics) preferred.
An understanding of Continuous Production processes would be advantageous

Experience
2 - 3 years experience in an Engineering role in a Manufacturing environment, preferably packaging or FMCG related environment
