Internal Sales Representative

Our client in the Automation industry is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Gauteng, Pretoria.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in internal/technical sales or customer service
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Background or enthusiasm in automation, engineering, or industrial technology is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales inquiries and develop strong client relationships
• Create and track quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Assist the external sales team with administrative duties and lead development
• Accurately handle sales orders and update CRM records
• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to guarantee efficient order delivery
• Keep current with product information and industry developments
