OB TITLE: TOPS Bottle Store Manager Location: Pretoria (Daspoort) Salary: Up to R15,000 Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Bottle Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a busy TOPS store. The role requires strong retail management, stock control, and the ability to drive sales while managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing Drive sales and ensure store targets and profitability are achieved Manage stock levels, ordering, and stock control (including shrinkage) Oversee pricing, promotions, and merchandising Handle cash-ups, POS, and general admin Supervise, train, and manage staff Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance Requirements: Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Manager (liquor or retail preferred) Strong stock control and cash handling experience Ability to manage staff and work retail hours (weekends included) Good communication skills in English Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Advantageous: Experience in TOPs liquor store environment Basic understanding of GP and sales reporting
