Our client is a global digital skills training provider with thousands of students across the UK, Europe, ANZ, and beyond. They are establishing a unified global operating model with South Africa serving as the central sales hub.
The Role: Global Sales Operation Lead
The Global Sales Operations Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the global sales operating framework across all regions. The role exists to own the end-to-end sales process, systems, reporting, governance, and performance management while partnering with leadership to create a unified sales model powered by AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Possess 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement in a high-volume sales environment.
- Define, implement, and optimise the global sales process and frameworks for all regions.
- Manage global CRM configuration, data hygiene, automation, and reporting standards.
- Build and maintain global dashboards for conversion performance, unit economics, and rep performance.
- Design and manage the global sales onboarding academy and quality assurance frameworks.
- Oversee operational setup, scaling, and quality within the South Africa sales hub.
- Align with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams on lead quality, messaging, and forecasting.
- Integrate AI qualification flows, automated lead routing, and conversation intelligence tools.
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement in a high-volume sales environment.
- Proven experience managing or building sales processes across multiple territories.
- Strong CRM expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar.
- Analytical mindset with advanced reporting and dashboarding capability.
- Experience with call recording or conversation intelligence platforms.
- Process-driven, highly organised, commercially aware, and data-obsessed.
- Experience in ed-tech, SaaS, BPO, or training services is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-driven sales tools or lead automation systems is preferred.
