My client is seeking a commercially sharp, peopleâfocused sales leader to drive revenue growth while building and coaching a motivated sales team.

Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading and motivating a sales team
Strong background in B2B sales, digital sales, or strategic account managementComfortable being both a people manager and an individual contributor
Dataâdriven mindset with solid CRM and reporting discipline
Confident communicator who can build executiveâlevel client relationships
High emotional intelligence and a coachingâfirst leadership style
Qualification: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) required
Tertiary qualification advantageous
