Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with stock control and inventory recordkeeping
  • Support in conducting basic vehicle checks and completing inspection reports
  • Capture and update data accurately on internal systems
  • File and organize delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of vehicle movements
  • Provide general office administrative support as required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Own reliable transport and valid drivers license essential
  • Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse setting will be an advantage but not essential
