Internal Sales Representative (Independent Power Producer (IPP))

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach
• Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly
• Prepare accurate quotations and meet monthly sales targets
• Provide professional service to telephone and email-based clients
• Maintain CRM data and monitor accounts for upsell opportunities
• Support the sales team with administration, tenders, invoicing, and order processing
• Arrange customer appointments, demos, and presentations
• Keep internal price lists and the customer database up to date

• Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong people skills and a sense of urgency
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

• Matric + relevant sales training/qualifications
• 1+ year internal sales experience (engineering, mining, or agricultural sector preferred)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent in English (French is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid computer literacy and CRM experience
