Fleet Maintenance Contract Administrator (Commercial Truck)

Job Description
- Analyse truck applications and operating conditions to prepare accurate FMC quotations.
- Calculate and propose cost-per-kilometer (CPK) rates based on contract terms, mileage, and application.
- Ensure quotations remain competitive while maintaining profitability.
- Draft and manage FMC contracts, including scope, CPK, duration, and terms.
- Maintain a contract database including start/end dates, renewals, and key milestones.
- Review and approve repair authorizations within contract limits.
- Ensure dealers and workshops follow authorization procedures.
- Escalate excessive claims for technical or financial review.
- Liaise with banks/funders managing R&M contract funds and submit drawdowns where required.
- Provide reporting on CPK performance, claims, and contract profitability.
- Assist with audits and support Aftersales department requirements when needed.
- Matric or higher qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence

Qualification, preferably a Degree in Mechanical
Project Management qualification and certification
Contracts Administration experience eg. Early Warning Letters etc.
