Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Lead and support key HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Relations, and Organisational Design.
- Drive change management initiatives and organisational transformation projects.
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to senior management on people-related matters.
- Analyse HR metrics and leverage HR Information Systems to support informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Lead and develop HR teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
- Relevant University Degree (essential).
- Post Graduate Diploma and/or MBA will be highly advantageous.
- Afrikaans as school subject added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' leadership and management experience, including managing teams through other managers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR Business Partner or performance improvement role with leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience across core HR disciplines including C&B, Resourcing, L&D, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Relations, Change Management, and Organisational Design.
- Experience working within an international or geographically diverse business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
- Strong understanding of employee wellness, CSI, and events-related functions.
