Company and Job Description:
As the Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting across a multinational operation. You will play a critical role in financial oversight, costing, and system-driven reporting, while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full financial accounting functions, including month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable standards
- Perform detailed costing analysis and support margin optimization initiatives
- Work extensively on SAP/Hyperion systems for reporting and consolidation
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with international stakeholders across various business units
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (essential)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a multinational environment
- Strong costing and financial analysis experience
