The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will have full responsibility for the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring flawless service delivery, strong team leadership, and consistently exceptional guest experiences. You will lead from the floor, uphold luxury service standards (including Forbes and comparable benchmarks), and create an environment where both guests and team members feel genuinely cared for.
Key Responsibilities- Full operational leadership of the restaurant across service, floor operations, and guest experience
- Deliver consistent, high-level service aligned with Forbes and other luxury hospitality benchmarks
- Lead, train, and inspire service teams to deliver polished, warm, and intuitive hospitality
- Be highly visible on the floor, engaging with guests and leading service in real time
- Manage guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain operational standards including rosters, service flow, cleanliness, and presentation
- Work shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, beverage, and senior management teams
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Floor Manager within luxury or fine-dining environments
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards, including Forbes benchmarks
- Highly guest-focused with a natural ability to read the room and personalise service
- Calm, organised, and decisive under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence
