We are looking for a hands-on Senior Packaging Technician to oversee and optimise packaging processes in a production environment.This role focuses on machine efficiency, maintenance, and team coordination to ensure high-quality, compliant packaging operations.
β RequirementsMinimum 5 years technical maintenance experience
Experience with automated packaging machinery (advantageous)
Matric (NQF 4)
Electrical / Maintenance Diploma (advantageous)
MS Office proficiency
π οΈ Key DutiesInspect and maintain packaging equipment
Perform fault finding and breakdown repairs
Ensure optimal machine performance
Coordinate packaging technicians
Manage parts stock and maintenance needs
Attend to after-hours breakdowns
