Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Admin to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.As a Logistic Admin, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational tasks related to logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transportation companies to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and update transportation schedules and routes
- Prepare and process shipping documents and customs clearance forms
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify areas for cost savings
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus We Offer:
