  • Relevant work experience as Business Support Administrator / office manager
  • OWN transport with valid drivers license
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Professional

Duties:

  • manage full day-to-day office operations independently
  • Supervise administrative functions and ensured smooth workflow across teams
  • Coordinated all office functions
  • Manage office supplies, vendors and operational requirements
  • Support Director and other leadership with administrative and operational/Personal Assistant duties
  • Arrange company events, meetings and internal communications
  • Maintain structured office systems and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor staff coordination, attendance and workplace organisation
  • General office and administrative support to team
  • Be the "go-to" person in the office
