- Coordinated all office functions
- Manage office supplies, vendors and operational requirements
- Support Director and other leadership with administrative and operational/Personal Assistant duties
- Arrange company events, meetings and internal communications
- Maintain structured office systems and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor staff coordination, attendance and workplace organisation
- General office and administrative support to team
- Be the "go-to" person in the office
