Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:

• Drive business growth through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
• Manage the full quotation and sales process from initial enquiry to order placement
• Provide sound technical advice and support based on engineering principles
• Collaborate closely with internal technical, engineering, and operational teams
• Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to pipeline forecasting

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical sales or solution-based sales role
• Strong commercial and sales acumen with the ability to grow and retain accounts
• Solid understanding of technical products, systems, or engineered solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to operate independently and manage client relationships effectively
• Valid drivers licence and own transport are essential

Qualification:

1. Minimum BTech in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)
