Roles and Responsibilities
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Own reliable transport
  • 2+ years working in a similar environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect necessary information from clients to facilitate the preparation and processing of required paperwork for transactions
  • Data entry accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets and databases
  • Prepare, edit and distribute letters, supplier verifications, order verifications and other documentation
  • Assist with marketing events, which may also occur after hours
  • Gater, analyse and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on transactions that will be presented during credit meetings
  • Attending credit committee meetings
  • All administrative duties and/or ancillary tasks in respect of the employees position
