Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Experience in administration, sales support, or customer liaison type of role
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technically inclined
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Friendly, fast-paced, and professional demeanor
- This position requires a person to talk on the phone a lot (self-confidence and telephone etiquette is a must)
Duties include but is not limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the factory
- Prepare and process quotations and invoices accurately (QuickBooks)
- Conduct telephonic follow-ups with clients and handle general customer queries
- Coordinate orders and ensure all documentation is complete and correct
- Data capture all communication
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
