Claims Coordinator (German speaking)

Requirements
- German fluency
- Professional experience using German (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be advantageous
- German language proficiency certificate (B2 or higher) must be included in your application
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling medical and travel insurance claims
- Responding to email enquiries
- Managing claims from start to finish
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working within a multilingual team
Office Hours: Monday Friday, 09h00 17h00
