Claims Coordinator (German speaking)

Requirements
  • German fluency
  • Professional experience using German (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be advantageous
  • German language proficiency certificate (B2 or higher) must be included in your application

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling medical and travel insurance claims
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Managing claims from start to finish
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working within a multilingual team

Office Hours: Monday Friday, 09h00 17h00
