Payroll Administrator

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll administrator to join our Company.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll processes for a range of Companies. You will play a crucial role in making sure that payroll is timely and accurately processed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Processing & administering of all Company Stores payroll allocated to you accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • New and termination processing
  • Calculate and manage any payroll deduction, taxes and benefits
  • Maintain all payroll information
  • Distributing of payroll reports, payslips and summaries
  • Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain emails and phone calls
  • Resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly
  • Submit Monthly EMP201’s and UIF Declarations
Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Payroll
  • Strong organizing and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient Numerical and Data Entry Skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric
  • 3 + Years Payroll Administration experience
  • 1-3 years SAGE 300 People payroll (Essential)
  • Intermediate – advance Excel experience
