New Vehicle Sales Executive

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years proven experience in automotive sales
• Strong ability to source and generate own customers through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
• Valid drivers licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell new vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Proactively source new business and manage existing client relationships
• Handle the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain accurate sales administration and CRM records
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
