Automotive Passenger Vehicle Warranty Clerk - Cape Town, Southern Suburbs

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit vehicle warranty claims within manufacturer deadlines
• Verify warranty claim documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with workshop staff, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty matters
• Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and outstanding submissions
• Maintain accurate warranty records and supporting documentation
• Perform warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
• Reconcile warranty payments and investigate discrepancies
• Provide regular reporting on warranty performance and claim status
• Keep abreast of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Previous experience as an Automotive Warranty Clerk within a passenger vehicle dealership
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements
• Experience with Omoda/Jaecoo and Jetour DMS Warranty Module or Previous exposure to Chinese passenger vehicle brands will be highly advantageous
• Computer literacy with dealership management systems
• Excellent administrative, analytical, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motor Industry experience Essential!
