Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification
Excel Intermediate to Advanced (V- and X-lookup, lookups import mapping)
Exposure/experience with QX - beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

Alignment of debtors vs creditors costs (actual cost vs estimated costs)
Processing Creditor invoices
Minimise unrecovered costs
Check that actual costs do not exceed estimate costs
Receive, verify rates as per service agreements with providers
Input of invoices into system
Prepare remittances for payments
Month end reconciliations
Handling of Creditor Queries
