Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tradeback process with outsourced partners, including vehicle returns, stock tracking, and cost control.
- Approve refurbishment and reconditioning costs, ensuring operational efficiency and pricing alignment.
- Conduct market and pricing analysis to maintain competitiveness.
- Develop systems, policies, and business plans for a dedicated pre-owned division.
- Establish and manage resale partner networks and performance frameworks.
- Drive profitability, reporting, and strategic growth of the division.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or Logistics (or equivalent experience).
- 58 years experience in automotive/commercial vehicle or fleet operations.
- Proven ability to manage outsourced partners, costs, and pricing strategies.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in setting up or scaling business units advantageous.
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence.
