Finance / HR Administrator - Chemical Manufacturing Industry - East Rand

Minimum requirements for the role:

• A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in accounting or equivalent is essential for this role.
• No prior work experience required (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing financial administration tasks, including the accurate capturing of transactions, processing of invoices, and providing general administrative support within the finance function, while also assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.
• Assisting with processing invoices, receipts, and payments whilst maintaining and updating financial records and documentation.
• Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts as well as supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Managing employee contracts and maintaining proper employment records

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
