Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and food service clients
- Manage customer queries, escalations, and service delivery
- Oversee daily sales operations, including telesales and internal sales
- Supervise and support the sales team
- Monitor sales performance and assist with corrective actions where needed
- Oversee pricing, quotations, and order accuracy
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
- Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within FMCG or food production
- Experience managing or supervising a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Good commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
