This is a dynamic, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoys balancing operational delivery with relationship management across international markets.
About the Role
As Client Services Manager, you will act as the operational backbone for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across compliance, logistics, and documentation. Working closely with a Client Success Manager, you will focus on execution excellence, making sure every shipment is compliant, every document is accurate, and every client interaction builds trust.This role offers real ownership, exposure to international trade complexity, and the opportunity to work with global technology clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all client shipments meet import and export regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for client queries
- Maintain accuracy of customs documentation, shipping records, and compliance paperwork
- Identify, escalate, and resolve operational or service issues
- Collaborate with compliance and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor compliance requirements and proactively flag risks
- Build strong client relationships through reliable, accurate service delivery
- Manage multiple priorities across compliance, operations, and client service
- 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, operations, or client-facing role
- Strong academic track record (transcripts required)
- Degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Highly organised with a process-driven mindset
- Independent thinker with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
- Exposure to international trade, logistics, or customs environments
- Experience working with global clients or cross-border operations
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks
